Your Complete Introduction to Safe Firearm Handling and Marksmanship

Whether you're brand new to firearms or looking to build a confident foundation, this two-day course delivers the most thorough beginner pistol training available in Atlanta. It covers everything from firearm safety and handling to marksmanship fundamentals, concealed carry, and pistol maintenance.

Unlike shorter, one-size-fits-all courses, this program goes well beyond the NRA Basic Pistol Course—giving you real skills, real knowledge, and real confidence.

This course includes classroom and range instruction on:

  • Firearm Safety: Proven safety rules and real-world application

  • Pistol Handling: Loading, unloading, and manipulation using dummy rounds

  • Pistol Design: Hands-on learning with multiple pistol types and actions

  • Ammunition Basics: Types, function, and proper selection

  • Maintenance & Storage: Cleaning techniques and secure storage solutions

  • Marksmanship Fundamentals: Grip, stance, sight alignment, trigger control

🕒 Course Schedule

  • Day 1 (Saturday): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Day 2 (Sunday): 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Cancellation Policy

Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a refund. Student cancellations will be assessed a minimum of a 10% administration fee which will be deducted from the refund. Classes cancelled by students less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded. Students who do not show up to attend a class are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled if a future class is available. Students who do not attend all portions of a class are not eligible for a refund but may arrange with an instructor to attend another session. Multi day classes are not eligible for full refund. We will work with students to reschedule or issue partial refunds. HEALTH & SAFETY CERTIFICATION CLASSES CANNOT BE REFUNDED ONCE THE STUDENT HAS BEGUN THE ONLINE LEARNING, A FUTURE CLASS DATE WILL BE OFFERED TO COMPLETE THE IN PERSON EVALUATION IF THE STUDENT CANNOT ATTEND THE SCHEDULED COURSE.
