What We'll Teach
Marksmanship Simplified –
This course is designed for shooters focusing on the core fundamentals of marksmanship. Each skill is taught in isolation to ensure maximum attention to proper technique and shooting mechanics.
By the end of the lesson, students will gain essential familiarity and build confidence with their firearm in a controlled, supportive environment.
PREREQUISITE: Completion of a beginner and or second level pistol course. You must have your own pistol for Range Time.
The Class Covers:

Firearm Safety: Understanding the four universal safety rules and safe handling practices.

Defensive Shooting Fundamentals: Developing skills such as grip, stance, sight alignment, and trigger control.

Dry Practice: Engaging in non-live-fire exercises to build muscle memory and technique.

Live Fire Drills: Applying learned skills in a controlled range environment to reinforce training.

Important Notice Regarding Class Registration, Cancellations, and Refunds
We value every student who chooses to train with South Atlanta Firearms Training and appreciate your support of our small business. To ensure fairness, consistency, and operational sustainability, we kindly ask that you carefully select your course and class date before registering.
Refund Policy:
Due to the administrative and financial challenges that refunds present for a small business like ours, we do not issue refunds for class cancellations, missed classes, or no-shows. This policy allows us to continue offering online payments, maintain affordable pricing, and reserve your seat in advance.
Prerequisite Requirements:
Please read and understand if there are any prerequisite requirements listed for each course prior to registration. If a student registers but does not meet the stated prerequisites, they will not be eligible to attend, and no refund will be provided.
Rescheduling Options:
We understand that life happens. While refunds are not available, we are committed to working with our students whenever possible. If you contact us at least 72 hours before your class, and we have open seats in a future class, we will do our best to accommodate a one-time rescheduling.
