Basic Pistol II & Gun Cleaning
This class picks up where Basic Handgun I leaves off, delivering additional skills in handling your firearm, enhancing the fundamental skills to help master proficiency and marksmanship, and teaching each student how to clean and maintain their firearm. EACH STUDENT WILL BE GIVEN A PISTOL CLEANING KIT.

This comprehensive course is designed to re-educate and reinforce essential handgun skills for individuals who may be returning to firearm use after time away, or for those seeking to build greater confidence and proficiency. Whether you're a gun owner looking to refresh your knowledge or someone aiming to develop more consistent habits, this course provides the foundation for responsible firearm handling.
Students will begin with an in-depth review of Georgia gun laws, focusing on legal considerations for possession, transport, and use of handguns. We’ll cover basic firearm safety rules to instill safe practices that prevent negligent discharges and promote a secure environment both at home and on the range.
The course also includes instruction in firearm manipulation, including proper loading and unloading procedures, clearing malfunctions, and managing the firearm under various conditions. We’ll dive into fundamentals of marksmanship, such as grip, stance, sight alignment, trigger control, and follow-through—critical elements for accurate and confident shooting.
Hands-on training will also focus on firearm maintenance, with step-by-step instruction on how to safely clean and care for your specific handgun. Each student will learn how to field strip their firearm, apply appropriate cleaning techniques, and identify signs of wear or mechanical issues.
EACH STUDENT WILL BE GIVEN A FREE PISTOL CLEANING KIT.
By the end of this course, participants will leave with a renewed sense of responsibility, improved marksmanship, and a practical understanding of how to properly operate and maintain their handgun.

Due to the administrative and financial challenges that refunds present for a small business like ours, we do not issue refunds for class cancellations, missed classes, or no-shows. This policy allows us to continue offering online payments, maintain affordable pricing, and reserve your seat in advance.
Prerequisite Requirements:
Please read and understand all prerequisite requirements listed for each course prior to registration. If a student registers but does not meet the stated prerequisites, they will not be eligible to attend, and no refund will be provided.
Rescheduling Options:
We understand that life happens. While refunds are not available, we are committed to working with our students whenever possible. If you contact us at least 72 hours before your class, and we have open seats in a future class, we will do our best to accommodate a one-time rescheduling.
