Our Concealed Carry Course is designed to equip responsible gun owners with the legal knowledge, practical skills, and defensive mindset necessary to carry a concealed firearm safely and effectively. This course combines classroom instruction with hands-on training to prepare students for the realities of carrying a firearm in public.
Whether you're pursuing a Georgia Weapons Carry License or want to build the confidence to carry responsibly, this course delivers comprehensive, scenario-based training grounded in legal understanding and real-world preparation.

Georgia Carry Laws & Use of Force
Understand your legal rights and responsibilities, including when and where you can carry, and what constitutes lawful self-defense. -
Concealment Methods & Gear Selection
Explore holster options, clothing considerations, firearm choices, and how to safely and effectively conceal your weapon. -
Situational Awareness & Conflict Avoidance
Learn to identify threats early and avoid dangerous situations before they escalate. -
Drawing from Concealment & Defensive Shooting
Develop the ability to quickly draw your firearm under stress and engage threats with accuracy and control. -
Post-Incident Procedures
Know what to do after a defensive shooting—including what to say (and not say), how to interact with law enforcement, and understanding the legal aftermath.

Who Should Attend:
This course is ideal for law-abiding citizens who are new to concealed carry or want to reinforce safe, responsible carry habits. Prior handgun experience is required. If you have not trained with S.A.F.T. before, it is recommended you must first complete our Laser Simulation Prerequisite Course.

We value every student who chooses to train with South Atlanta Firearms Training and appreciate your support of our small business. To ensure fairness, consistency, and operational sustainability, we kindly ask that you carefully select your course and class date before registering.
Refund Policy:
Due to the administrative and financial challenges that refunds present for a small business like ours, we do not issue refunds for class cancellations, missed classes, or no-shows. This policy allows us to continue offering online payments, maintain affordable pricing, and reserve your seat in advance.
Prerequisite Requirements:
Please read and understand all prerequisite requirements listed for each course prior to registration. If a student registers but does not meet the stated prerequisites, they will not be eligible to attend, and no refund will be provided.
Rescheduling Options:
We understand that life happens. While refunds are not available, we are committed to working with our students whenever possible. If you contact us at least 72 hours before your class, and we have open seats in a future class, we will do our best to accommodate a one-time rescheduling.
